DPO is a small research team. We don't have a 24/7 call center, but we read every message and respond to every legitimate inquiry.
Standard response time
Most inquiries — questions, refund requests, subscription changes, general feedback — receive a response within one to two business days.
Time-sensitive matters
Lost or stolen cards, regulatory inquiries with deadlines, and media inquiries with publication timelines receive same-day acknowledgment when received during business hours.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed back through Stripe to the original payment method. The processing window depends on your bank or card issuer.
Languages
DPO responds in English. If you need another language, mention it in your email and we'll do our best — though responses may take longer.
What we can't help with: tax advice, financial planning, investment guidance — DPO is a research company, not a financial advisor. For those, please consult a qualified professional.
