How It Works

Give: Submit a Give Order(s) to help others with their fundraising and spending.

Promotional Sales Price: $40.00/order (Regular Price: $95.00)

Receive: Once you place your Give Order, you will have the opportunity to receive from others helping you with your fundraising.

Fundraise up to $1,023.00 per order (or possibly more).

How Much To Fundraise

Determine approximately how much you will need to fundraise to cover all costs during the term of your lease - including the Qualified Expenses listed below (always add more to your expenses - just in case. . .)

Once you place your Give order and begin to Receive, we will Rollover the funds to grow the account to at least the amount you need to cover your expenses and also cover the Earned-Credit from the lease payments you will be covering over the life of the lease (and more)

Rollovers

Organizations can submit a Rollover order so that funds can grow continuously for future use to spend.

Does my organization qualify?

Virtually every organization type – Associations, Charities, Faith-Based, Non-Profit, and Schools – can fundraise. Here are the basic guidelines to qualify:

1. Support the improvement of the financial and economic quality of life of individuals and families based on the good values of faith, family, citizenship, work, community, volunteering, and the future of our children.

2. Be in financial need to continue your mission and vision.

3. Have a retail base of customers/clients that you serve. For example: School (students) Long-Term Care (patients), and Faith-Based Organizations (members/congregation).

4. Must be exempt under the Internal Revenue Service Code 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4) or possibly other tax-exempt organizations as described by the Internal Revenue Service (Types of Tax-Exempt Organizations).

Funding Use and Restrictions

Funding for any organization must be based on financial need due to lack of funding from other sources.

The organization must be the end-user of the funds (ex. no pass-through of funds from a foundation).

Any revenues / donations received by the organization (outside of GiveReceive.Online LLC) must pay for expenses first before funds can be spent from GiveReceive.Online LLC.

Funding can be used for virtually any organizational expense except for those listed in the About section on Non-Qualifying Goods, Services, and Entities.

The organization must also pay for the cost of an outside auditor / accounting firm, approved by GiveReceive.Online LLC, as a check and balance of funds (the cost can be paid through this funding).

All funding use are subject to approval.
