• Monitor your transaction on the Milestones Tracker (displayed on the Home page), that will let you know the status of your transaction

• We will email you when the test has been completed to inform you to collect up to $500

NO REPORTING TO THE IRS (Internal Revenue Service)

• The $500 that was generated will be considered as income based on the IRS guidelines

• No IRS Form will be issued (1099-MISC or 1099-NEC) since:

  • The amount you could be receiving is below the threshold for reporting income

  • You are an Indpendent Contractor (not an employee)

  • The IRS will consider the reward as income (consult a tax advisor)

MILESTONE TRACKER

• Monitor along with us the status and results to DoublePennies™ and get rewarded up to $500 for testing the experiment

• You will be able to monitor the transaction numbers on the home page from the MILESTONES TRACKER to determine your status and results

• We suggest following the MILESTONES Tracker for the progress of your test

• If the transaction numbers shown are higher than yours, then your order has reached the $500 mark for you to collect

You will be informed when your test order has reached the amount of up to the $500 Milestone and how we will disburse the funds to you.

NOTE: Why did we choose $500 for the reward of testing the DoublePennies.Online System™ ?

Answer: We are complying with the IRS rules of not having to provide an IRS form 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC to you if the income is $500. Therefore, only one order per person.

In addition, for IRS purposes, participating in the test will be considered as an Independent Contractor participant and not an employee. You are making an independent decision to participate in the test for the opportunity to receive compensation.

If you decide to continue on participating in the spending system, then we must comply with the IRS regulations and provide an IRS form 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC once your income reaches over $600.
