• We sill email you when the test has been completed to inform to collect the $500

NO REPORTING TO THE IRS (Internal Revenue Service)

• The $500 that was generated will be considered as income based on the IRS guidelines

• No IRS Form will be issued (1099-MISC or 1099-NEC) since:

  • The amount you could be receiving is below the threshold for reporting income

  • You are an Indpendent Contractor (not an employee)

• Monitor along with us to see how long of a Period it will take the to DoublePennies™ Theory reach $500 for your test order

• You will be able to monitor the transaction numbers on thehome page from the TRANSACTION NUMBER TRACKER to determine your status and results

WAIT ABOUT 17 DAYS

• We want to set the proper expectations as to when the test should reach the $500 mark

• We suggest following what we are doing and view the 16-Day chart on the home page to determine how long it will take to double pennies to $500

• The chart shows it to be about 16 ½ days (or 17 days) to reach $500

• Therefore, we will use the chart as a benchmark to determine the status and results - we will display your Start Date and an Expected Date in your email communication

• If the transaction numbers shown are higher than yours, then your order has reached the $500 mark for you to collect

• You will be informed when your test order has reached the amount of $500

• The funds must be deposited electronically into your account

• We will not ask for your funding account information until the funds are in place and ready for disbursement (please do not send deposit information until instructedl)

NOTE: Why did we choose $500 for the reward of testing the DoublePennies™ Theory?

Answer: We are complying with the IRS rules of not having to provide an IRS form 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC to you if the income is $500. Therefore, only one order per person.

In addition, for IRS purposes, participating in the test will be considered as an Independent Contractor participant (not an employee). You are making an independent decision to participate in the test.
