Currently, we are testing the theory of pennies doubling over a period of time - Test the DoublePennies Theory™ - to see if it works as an actual real-world application. We are looking for Real Estate Brokers and Agents who are willing to participate in our research to:

  1. Test the DoublePennies™ Theory for $10.

  2. Generate and Receive up to $500.

If the test results are successful, this may give us the opportunity to ultimately acquire properties from you that will support many families who would be able to live in a home that is safe, comfortable, and affordable . The success of the test would allow us the opportunity to purchase single-family residential properties from you to support the following demographic market:

  • Low-to-moderate income households

  • Military & veterans

  • The elderly and retirees, and

  • Families with family members who have special needs

And, properties would not have to be in livable condition to purchase - we will renovate/rehab. More detailed information will be provided based on a positive outcome of the research of testing the theory above.
