Economic Research Services:

Currently, we are testing the theory of pennies doubling over a period of time - Test the DoublePennies Theory™ - to see if it works as an actual real-world application. We are looking for Mortgage Professionals who are willing to participate in our research to:

  1. Test the DoublePennies™ Theory for $10.

  2. Generate and Receive up to $500.

If the test results are successful, this may give us the opportunity to ultimately provide funding for housing that will support many families who would be able to live in a home that is safe, comfortable, and affordable. And perhaps the most important opportunity is to have families and individuals live in a condition and environment that supports a positive family-life and community.

And as a Mortgage Professional, your role will give you the opportunity to provide the funding through the participation of this program and get compensated.

Economic Development Services:

The success of the test would allow us to provide housing to support the following demographic market:

  • Low-to-moderate income households

  • Military & veterans

  • The elderly and retirees, and

  • Families with family members who have special needs

More detailed information will be provided based on a positive outcome of the research of testing the theory.

But, the economic development cannot be implemented unless we have professionals like you to test the theory in the real world.
