No need to own. No need to rent.
No need to lease - unless you are leasing with the Home Leasing Earned-Credit Program™ that offers you the opportunity to fundraise to:
Lease a completely furnished updated home
Apply your monthly housing lease payment towards building Earned-Credit™
Cover all the Qualified Expenses that includes maintenance, repairs, upkeep, real estate taxes, insurance, furnishings and accessories, plus other exciting benefits!
What is an Earned-Credit™?
Earned-Credit™ gives you the opportunity to lease a home but with the benefit of your monthly home leasing payment going towards an "Earned-Credit™ account".
For every $1 you make towards your monthly housing lease payment, $1 will go towards Earned-Credit™ on the value of the home you are leasing.
Once your credit builds up to equal the value of the home, you will no longer need to make a lease payment on the home.
The only cost to you will be to submit Give orders to cover the Qualified Expenses below.
Example:
Home Value: $100,000.00
Monthly Lease Payment: $1,000.00
Make 100 lease payments of $1,000.00 and there are no more lease payments to make
$1,000.00 monthly lease payment X 100 payments = $100,000.00 Earned-Credit™
Continue to lease thereafter with no more lease payments on a home value up to $100,000.00

The property must be purchased from the market or currently owned by GiveReceive.Online LLC

Property Type:

Your Lifestyle:

Qualification:
Determine the maximum home value you can afford based on your income by calculating the Maximum Home Value Income Qualification as demonstrated below.
The maximum home value you can lease will also be based on your gross monthly income (including your spouse/partner)
Maximum Home Value Income Qualification =
(Gross Monthly Income X 33%) X 360 months
Example:
Suppose your gross monthly income is $4,000
33% of $4,000 = $1,320
Your Maximum Home Value Income Qualification is:
